This Shipping & Delivery Policy applies to all wholesale, sample, and customized jewelry orders placed on the RuZhe.com. It explains our shipping rules, freight calculation methods, available delivery options, and relevant delivery terms for all customers.
By placing an order with us, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to the following shipping and delivery terms.
1. General Shipping Rules
All prices displayed on our official website are the lowest wholesale prices for jewelry products, which exclude any shipping cost, handling fee, and tax expense. We do not offer free shipping services for any orders.
Shipping cost is calculated based on the actual weight, volume, destination country, and selected shipping method of your order. Generally, the larger the order quantity, the lower the unit shipping cost, bringing more cost-effective freight for bulk purchases.
2. Shipping Methods
We provide three mainstream international shipping solutions to meet different customer demands on cost and delivery speed. All shipping fees vary according to the transportation mode:

Air Freight: Fast delivery speed, suitable for sample orders, small-batch urgent orders and time-sensitive shipments, with relatively higher shipping cost.

Sea Freight: Most cost-effective for large-volume wholesale orders, with lower freight charges but longer transit time, ideal for bulk regular purchases.

Land Freight: Applicable to neighboring countries and regional orders, with balanced cost and delivery efficiency.
Our customer team will provide professional shipping cost quotations and delivery time suggestions according to your order weight, volume and destination.
3. Customer’s Forwarder Option
We support customers to use their own designated freight forwarder and shipping arrangements. If you have a long-term cooperative forwarder or exclusive shipping channel, we can arrange goods handover, packaging and cargo pickup in accordance with your requirements.
For orders using customer’s own forwarder, all subsequent shipping risks, freight fees, logistics arrangement and cargo tracking responsibilities shall be undertaken by the customer after the goods are picked up and confirmed by your forwarder.
4. Order Processing & Lead Time

Sample & Small Wholesale Orders: Normally processed within 1–3 working days after payment confirmation.

Large Bulk Orders: Processing time depends on order quantity and stock status, which will be confirmed by our customer service before order confirmation.

Customized OEM/ODM Orders: Delivery time is subject to the production cycle confirmed in the official PI.
Processing time excludes weekends, public holidays and force majeure circumstances.
5. Shipping Risk & Customs Responsibility

All shipping fees quoted by us only cover logistics transportation cost, excluding import duties, taxes, customs clearance fees and other incidental charges of the destination country, which shall be borne by the buyer.

Once the goods are shipped out and handed over to the logistics company, the risks of loss, damage or delivery delay during transportation shall be borne by the buyer.

Any customs clearance issues, detention or fines caused by the buyer’s incomplete information or local policy reasons shall be the buyer’s sole responsibility.
6. Policy Updates
RuZhe reserves the right to update this Shipping & Delivery Policy without prior notice to adapt to business adjustments and international logistics changes. The updated terms will take effect immediately after being posted on our official website.
